Ski Report (Jan.27): Ski trails in poor condition due to a lack of snow and a very thin base. The latest time for ski rental checkout is 3:30pm, the park closes at 5pm. Hiking trails and Disc Golf course closed in order to accommodate skiing. Read on...

Annual Park Entry Permit
Annual Entrance Permits are available and will admit the purchaser and all persons accompanying the purchaser in a private, family-type, non-commercial vehicle to all Berrien County Parks locations where entrance fees are charged.

Employment
Seasonal employees are required to work weekends and holidays on a regular basis and wear a department issued uniform while on the job.

Endowment Fund
The Berrien County Parks Fund is an endowment fund that was established in 1988 to help the Berrien County Parks Commission take advantage of special opportunities that may arise in the future.

Naturalist Service
Throughout the year, the Berrien County Parks sponsors natural history programs by interpretive naturalists for schools, organizations and the general public.

It is the mission of the Berrien County Parks and Recreation Commission to plan, acquire, develop and maintain in cooperation with all interested individuals and groups, a responsive, efficient and creative natural resource based park and recreation system available to all citizens, composed of a variety of services, park areas and special facilities that contribute to the wellbeing of the individual, the family and attractiveness, social and economic health of the Berrien County community.
